List of Ingredients
Dough:
2 cups sour cream
4 cups flour
Mix and knead ingredients together.
Store in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Filling:
10 potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 lb. of bacon, cut and fried crisp
1 onion, chopped and sauteed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
Mix ingredients together. Roll out dough nice and thin, then cut out circles
about 5" in diameter. With an ice cream scoop, place the filling in the dough
and close it all around. Make sure it's closed tight! Drop into a boiling pot
of water. When they float, take them out and place into a bowl with a little
oil so that they don't stick together. You can freeze them or eat them right
away with sour cream. I like to freeze them, then fry them up in a pan later.
