Prize Winning Macaroni Salad

List of Ingredients
8 oz. uncooked small elbow
macaroni
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked green peas
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles
Recipe
Cook macaroni; drain. Pour cold water over macaroni;
let stand while preparing salad. In small bowl, combine
mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seed, salt and
pepper. Drain cooked macaroni. In large salad bowl, combine
cooked macaroni, cheese, peas, celery, onion and pickle. Pour
mayonnaise mixture over macaroni mixture; toss to blend. Serve
immediately or cover and refrigerate.
