List of Ingredients
6 oz. spaghetti broken into 2 inch pieces
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. oil or fat
4 tbsp. (1/4 cup) flour
2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 package dry onion soup mic
1 cup dairy sour cream
chopped parsely
Recipe
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Pan fry beef in oil in a large skillet; cook until done. Add flour; stir to blend. Add water, salt, pepper, and half the onion soup mix. Cook and stir until thickened. Combine sour cream with drained spaghetti and remaining onion soup mix in a 2 qt. casserole. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle on chopped parsely. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. Yeild 6-8 servings.
