1-1/2 tsp. yeast
3/4 cup warm water (105º to 110º)
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. honey
1-1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1-1/4 tsp. salt
Recipe
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Knead for several minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free space for one to two hours or until double in bulk. Punch dough down and roll to shape. Yield: dough for one 15-inch pizza.
