Applesauce Smoked Ham

1 can Coca-Cola -- (12 ounces)
3 cups canned crushed pineapple (undrained) -- divided
3 cups applesauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons brandy
12 ounces mild molasses
3 cups packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
Remove ham from plastic bag and netting. Slightly score ham in 1-inch-square hatches. In large zippered bag, marinate ham in Coca-Cola and 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning once. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove ham and place in baking dish. Blend together remaining 11/2 cups pineapple, the applesauce, cloves, cinnamon, brandy, molasses, brown sugar and soy sauce in measuring cup and baste ham with mixture. Bake in preheated oven 2 1/2 to 3 hours, basting every 30 to 40 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
