    6 pork chops
    1 tbsp butter
    1/2 cup half & half
    1/4 cup water
    8 oz cream cheese - cubed
    1 tsp garlic salt
    pepper - to taste
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In skillet brown pork chops in melted butter. In medium saucepan heat half
    & half, water, cream cheese, garlic salt, pepper and half of parmesan
    cheese. Mix well. Place pork chops in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce
    over shops. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
