Easy Family Favorite Pork Chops

3 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons low-calorie italian style dressing
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 pork loin chops -- cut 1/2 inch
-- thick(1 1/4 lbs

non stick spray coating
2 medium onions halved and sliced
Recipe
In a small bowl combine mustard, Italian dressing, and pepper;set aside Trim excess fat from chops. Spray a 10" skillet over
med-high heat. Add the pork chops and brown on both sides. Remove chops from skillet. Add onion to skillet and cook over med
heat for about 3 minutes. Push onions to the side and return porkchops. Spread mustard mix over chops. Cover and cook over
med-high heat for about 15 minutes or till pork is no longer pink. Serve with onions over chops. Or cool and freeze.
We double this recipe but make triple the sauce and add a few extra chops. It freezes great and tastes great
