    Garlic Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pork chops
    • 2 tsps white wine vinegar
    • 3 Tbsps olive oil
    • 1/4 cup dry white wine
    • 6 cloves minced garlic
    • 1 cup chicken stock
    • 1 tsp rosemary
    • pinch of salt and pepper


    Instructions


    1. Tenderizer the pork chops by pounding them lightly using back of the chef’s knife.

    2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the pork chops until both sides are golden.

    3. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until golden. Add rosemary.

    4. Add wine and cook for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.

    5. Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Flip the pork chops, cover, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add more chicken stock is the gravy dries out.

    6. ) Remove the chops and place them on warm plates. Thicken the gravy, and pour it over the chops. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary for decoration, if necessary.
