Garlic Pork Chops

List of Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tsps white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tsp rosemary
- pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Tenderizer the pork chops by pounding them lightly using back of the chef’s knife.
- Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the pork chops until both sides are golden.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and cook until golden. Add rosemary.
- Add wine and cook for 5 minutes. Add vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add chicken stock. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Flip the pork chops, cover, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add more chicken stock is the gravy dries out.
- ) Remove the chops and place them on warm plates. Thicken the gravy, and pour it over the chops. Sprinkle some fresh rosemary for decoration, if necessary.
