    Glazed Pork Chops

    1 envelope Lipton Recipe -
    -Secrets Onion Soup
    mix
    12 oz jar peach or apricot -
    -preserves
    1/2 cup water
    4 bone-in or boneless pork -
    -chops, 1; thick (about 3#)

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375F. In a small bowl, combine Onion Soup Mix, preserves and water. In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chops; top with soup mixture. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until chops are done.
