    Ham 'N Cheese Potato Bake

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen O'Brien hash brown potatoes
    2 C fully cooked ham, cubed (use turkey ham if it is cheaper)
    3/4 C shredded cheddar, divided
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 C (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
    1 can condensed cream of potato soup (use cream of mushroom if
    it is cheaper)
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Combine potatoes, ham, 1/2 C cheese, and onion in large bowl.
    In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups, and pepper; add to
    potatoes and mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at
    350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before
    serving. (10-12 servings)

    I prepare this the night before and refrigerate.
