List of Ingredients

2 cups (approx.) baked ham (leftover will be fine) chopped in bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup choppped celery
1 medium onion, diced
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Recipe

Saute onions and celery just until softened. Add rest of ingredients(save eggs til last so they hold their shape) and stir gently until warmed thoroughly and bubbling hot. (I make this in a black iron skillet so you can make it in one dish) You may transfer to baking dish if you prefer. Top with the biscuits (homemade or canned) Bake at 375 degrees until the biscuits are done and golden.
