    1 1-2 inch thick center cut ham slice
    1/2 cup pineapple preserves(or use sugar free marmalade)
    3 tsps. prepared mustard

    Recipe



    Bake ham steak at 325F for 20 minutes per pound. During last half
    hour of cooking combine preserves and mustard. Spread generously
    over surface and sides of meat.
