    Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

    2 pounds pork tenderloin
    1/2 cup honey
    2 Tablespoons dry sherry
    2 Tablespoons lemon juice
    1 whole green onion -- minced
    2 cloves garlic -- minced
    1 Tablespoon fresh ginger -- minced
    salt -- to taste
    pepper -- to taste

    Recipe



    Stir together all marinade ingredients in a shallow glass dish.

    Place pork tenderloin in marinade, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or
    overnight.

    Remove tenderloin from the marinade and broil or grill about 20 minutes, turning & basting as
    needed to get all sides nicely browned.
