    Honey Mustard Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. beer or ginger ale
    1/2 c. mustard
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2" thick and 4 oz. each

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Mix well.

    Pour 1 c. marinade into a lg. resealable plastic bag.

    Add the pork chops.

    Seal bag, and turn to coat.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hr.

    Set aside 1/2 c. of the remaining marinade for basting, and 3/4 c.
    for serving.

    Cover, and refrigerate.

    Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray before starting the
    grill.

    Drain, and discard marinade from chops.

    Grill, uncovered, over med. heat, for 15 mins., or until juices run
    clear, turning and basting occasionally with 1/2 c. marinade.

    Serve with reserved marinade.

    Makes 6 servings
