Mustard Pork Chops

Pork chops--amount depends on how many servings, trim excess fat
Seasoned four (I use salt, pepper and a little garlic or onion powder)
Yellow Mustard -this is also good with spicy browns, etc but we prefer the
taste of yellow
Cooking spray
Recipe
1 Preheat oven to 375
2 Liberally smear one side of a chop with mustard (we like a lot of mustard on
3 ours) then drop mustard side down in flour. Smear top side and roll over in
4 flour, place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. When all chops are
5 covered spray tops with cooking spray to help flour brown. Bake at 375 for
6 to 45 minutes or until done and browned.
7 These do freeze well once cooked if you have left overs which we rarely do
8 with this recipe.
