Orange Glazed Pork Chops

4 (3/4 inch thick) pork chops
Salt and pepper to taste
flour
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. herb or wine vinegar
Recipe
Sprinkle each pork chops lightly with salt and pepper;
dredge in flour. Heat oil in a heavy skillet; brown chops
on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing
well; pour over pork chops. Reduce heat; cover and
simmer 40 to 45 minutes. 4 servings. NOTES: You can
also make this in an electric skillet.
