Oven Fried Pork Chops

1 1/2 pounds pork chops
1 egg white -- slightly beaten
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low sodium
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 dash garlic powder
vegetable cooking spray
Recipe
Trim fat from pork chops, and set aside. Combine egg white, pineapple
juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder; stir well. Combine bread
crumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika, and dash of garlic powder; stir well.
Dip pork chops in egg white mixture; dredge in bread crumb mixture.
Place pork chops on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
Bake pork chops at 350?F for 25 minutes; turn and bake for an additional
25 minutes or until tender.
