    Parsley Pork Chops

    Source of Recipe

    unknown

    List of Ingredients

    1 - 2 bunches parsley
    4 pork chops
    1 garlic clove
    1 onion
    1 - 2 tbs butter or margarine
    1 tsp salt
    dash white pepper
    2 tsp vinegar
    2/3 - good 3/4 cups bouillon

    Recipe

Rinse parsley and drain well before finely chopping it. Trim pork chops and
cut rind in a few places. Peel garlic clove and rub frying pan with it. Peel
and chop onion and brown in some fat in frying pan. Take it up.

Brown pork chops on both sides, then add onion and parsley. Flavor with salt
and pepper. Let chops fry on lower heat for 2 - 4 minutes on each side until
tender but NOT dry. Try with a stick.

Put pork chops on serving plate. Pour vinegar and bouillon in frying pan and
bring to a boil, then reduce slightly by boiling on high heat for a while.
Pour it over the pork chops and serve with boiled potatoes and
    a tomato salad. Enjoy!
