Pork Chops in Gravy

List of Ingredients
1 egg
2 Tbsp water
8 pork loin chops
3/4 C seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
1/4 C grated Parmesan
mashed potatoes
Recipe
Beat egg and water. Dip chops in mixture, then coat in crumbs.
Brown chops in oil. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2 pan. Combine
soups; pour over chops. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake
at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serve
with mashed potatoes.
I brown the chops in the morning, and prepare the rest of the
dish. Then I just need to put it in the oven at the right time
and make mashed potatoes.
