List of Ingredients
2 packages broccoli spears
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 package Lipton dry onion soup mix
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 egg or 2 egg whites
2 tablespoons water
6 boneless pork chops, � inch thick
1� cups Prego spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Recipe
Crush soup mix in pouch with rolling pin. Mix soup mix, bread crumbs and
pepper on plate. Mix egg and water in a shallow dish. Dip chops into egg
mixture. Coat with crumb mixture. Place chops in 2 quart shallow baking dish
and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Pour spaghetti sauce over chops.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes more, until chops are not longer pink.
Serve 6.
