    List of Ingredients




    2 cups finely diced cooked pork
    4 sweet Italian sausages, removed from casing, and crumbled
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    3 cups canned crushed tomatoes
    1 t. crumbled dried oregano
    1 t. crumbled dried basil
    1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
    Salt and pepper
    1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
    Grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In a 1 1/2 quart pan, saute pork and sausage over medium heat until
    sausage
    is brown and crumbly. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Saute for
    another 5
    minutes. Add tomatoes, oregano, basil and Romano and simmer,
    uncovered,
    stirring occasionally for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and
    pepper. Serve
    over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
