    List of Ingredients




    1½lbs Pork fillet
    2 Tablespns oil
    1 Tablespn butter
    1 small onion, sliced
    ½lb mushrooms, quartered
    10fl oz dry white wine
    5fl oz orange juice
    2 Tablespns tomato puree
    2 Tablespns soy sauce
    2 Tablespns clear honey
    2 tspns Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Trim any fat from pork and slice, at an angle, into slices.
    Heat oil in a large skillet and fry pork until lightly browned on both sides.
    Remove from pan.
    Add the butter to the pan and fry the onions and mushrooms until softened.
    Pour in the white wine and allow to bubble for 2-3 minutes. Add fruit juice,
    tomato puree, soy sauce, honey, mustard and seasoning to taste. Cook further
    for 1 minute.
    Return the pork to the pan and simmer gently for 3-5 minutes.
