6 pork chops
15 ounces tomato sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup celery, diced
Recipe
Spray a broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
Broil the pork chops on the top rack until well browned. Turn them and
brown the other side. Cool the chops completely. When cool, make the
sauce by mixing remaining ingredients together.
Placed cooled pork chops in 1 gallon freezer bag or rigid container.
Pour sauce over. Seal, label and freeze.
To use: Thaw the bag of chops. Pour the chops in a shallow covered
baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes or until
tender. Serves 6.
