    1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    1 lb. uncooked pork sausage (hot or mild)
    3 C. dry biscuit mix

    Recipe



    Stir together cheese and sausage in a large saucepan. Then stir in
    biscuit mix; stirring until smooth. Cool; then chill in refrigerator
    for about an hour. Take chilled sausage, cheese and flour mixture and
    form into bite size balls. Place balls on an un-greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Remove from oven and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
    Serve warm. These freeze well after baking. Then to serve, after
    freezing, simply place in a slow oven to heat thoroughly.
