1/2 pound pork tenderloin
1 T. oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 t. rosemary, crushed
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
Recipe
Brush pork with oil. Combine bread crumbs, rosemary, salt, pepper and
garlic powder until blended. Coat pork with crumb mixture and place
on
roasting rack, tucking small end of tenderloin under. Bake for 30-40
minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 165. Serves 2 to 3
