1 can Campbell's® Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 cups cubed cooked potatoes (about 4 medium)
Paprika
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
MIX soup, picante sauce and garlic in skillet. Add potatoes. Heat through. Sprinkle with paprika and cilantro. Serve with additional picante sauce if desired. Serves 6 to 8.
These cheesy potatoes make a hearty accompaniment to grilled chicken or sausage. Toss a green salad to make supper complete. Offer a make-your-own sundae bar for dessert with vanilla ice cream, toppings, whipped cream and Pepperidge Farm® cookies.
