Creamed Cheddar Potatoes

4 larges cooked potatoes
1 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1 cup of sour cream
Recipe
Dice the warm cooked potatoes into a baking dish. Stir in
the cheddar cheese and sour cream. Blend gently so that the
potatoes stay in chunks. Heat thoroughly in oven at 375
degrees until cheese melts and the flavors blend. Serve
immediately or chill leftovers.
