    Crispy Potato Wedges

    List of Ingredients

    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 cup cornflake crumbs
    2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 cup butter, melted


    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 400º.

    2. Cut cleaned potatoes in 8 lengthwise pieces.

    3. In a pie plate, combine cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Dip potatoes in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Place potato wedges on baking sheet.

    4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
