    2 eggs
    2 cups milk
    2 cups cheese
    1 cup diced ham
    2 lb bag tator tots, thawed

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9x12 pan with non stick spray. Beat eggs and
    milk together, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1 cup cheese, ham, and tator tots.
    Mix thoroughly. Pour into pan and sprinkle to top with remaining cheese.
    Bake fro 40 minutes.
