1 ½ lb. Baking potatoes (3 medium), peeled cut into ½ inch wide strips
1/8 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tblsp. Olive oil
nonstick cooking spray
1 tblsp. Minced fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼ tsp. Coarse salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, toss potatoes with cayenne and
oil. With cooking sp[ray, grease baking sheet; place potatoes on
baking sheet. Bake 40 minutes, turning once. Sprinkle with parsley,
garlic and salt; toss. Bake 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings Per serving
