Baked Chicken with Parmesan Gravy

2 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler fryer chickens, disjointed
2 cans cr. of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 c. milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
Recipe
Arrange chicken skin side up, in 10x14" baking pan in single layer. Blend soup and cheese together; spread over chicken.
Bake in 350° oven for 1 hour 30 min. to 2 hours or until chicken is tender and top well browned. Reserve 1 1/2 c. drippings for gravy. Combine reserved drippings with 1 1/2 c. milk in saucepan; heat over med. heat. Gradually add remaining milk to flour in small bowl, stirring until very smooth; stir flour mixture gradually into hot milk mixture. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Cook until mixture thickens and loses its starchy taste. Good with rice.
