Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a non stick skillet on medium. Add 1
pound sliced (1/4" thick) red potatoes. Cover and cook 10 minutes; stir
occasionally. Stir in 2 cups chopped cooked chicken and 2 cups fresh
broccoli florets. In a small bowl, mix together 10 3/4 ounce broccoli
cheese soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder; add to skillet.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Heat to boil. Cover
and cook on low 5 minutes or until heated through.
