Chicken Breasts Stuffed With Cheese

List of Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into halves
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 Tbs parsley
1 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Paprika to taste
1/2 to 1 cup white wine
Recipe
Pound the chicken thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread one-half of the butter over the chicken. Melt the remaining butter with the parsley, marjoram and thyme in a saucepan. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 8 sticks. Place in the center of the chicken. Roll up, tucking in the ends to seal. Roll in the flour. Dip in the eggs and roll in the bread crumbs. Place in a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle the herb butter over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for minutes. Pour the wine evenly over the chicken. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, basting frequently with the pan juices.
