    1 box stuffing mix (this is a Stove Top* recipe, but generic stuffing works fine)
    1-2/3 cup water
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (I think you could increase to 6 breasts without having to increase the other ingredients)
    1 can cream soup (recipe calls for mushroom which I don't like so have used chicken, celery and potato with good results)
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup each chopped onion and celery

    Recipe



    Preaheat oven to 350*F.

    Mix seasoning packet from mix, stuffing and water. Set aside. Saute onions and celery in a little butter and add to mix.

    Place chicken in baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Spoon stuffing over top.

    Bake for 35 minutes.
