Chicken with Orange Sage Sauce

3 tbs each butter, room temp, chopped sage OR 1 tbs dried and heavy cream
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbs oil
1 1/2 tbs flour
1 cup orange juice
Recipe
Beat together butter and sage in bowl until smooth and blended. Sprinkle chicken with 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken to oil, saute 7 min. per side or until lightly browned. Remove to platter, keep warm.
Add sage butter to warm skillet, stir to melt and loosen any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Whisk in flour until smooth. Place over heat cook stirring 2 min. Pour in orange juice stirring cook 3 min. or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in remaining salt and pepper and cream, heat through.
Spoon sauce over chicken and serve immediately. MAKES 4 SERVINGS.*
