1/2 c orange juice
2 T soy sauce
2 t chicken bouillon granules
1.5 t cornstarch
0.5 t ground ginger
0.25 t garlic
1.25 lb chicken tenderloins
hot cooked rice
Recipe
In a small bowl, combine water, orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, bouillon, cornstarch, garlic and ginger; mix well and set aside.
Spray a large skillet with olive oil; add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes over medium-high heat. Add sauce mixture; cook 4 minutes or until thickened. Serve over rice.
