Country Chicken Potato Bake

2-3 lb. broiler/fryer cut up
6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1 tsp. black pepper
garlic powder (optional)
sage (optional)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1 inch chunks. In 17 x 11 1/2 roasting pan,
toss potatoes & onion with chicken & spices. Arrange chicken, skin-side
up in pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
