    4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breast, still frozen
    3 T butter
    2 T soy sauce
    2 tsp lemon pepper
    1 tsp dried thyme

    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat a baking dish with no-stick spray (I use an oil mister--cheaper) and arrange the STILL FROZEN chicken breasts in a single layer. Combine the other ingredients in a microwaveable container, nuke until the butter's melted (about a minute or so), stir well, and pour over the chicken, getting it good and coated.

    Pop in the oven, bake for 25 minutes. Turn the chicken over, making sure to baste with the saucy stuff. Bake for another 20 minutes, then serve. Tender and delicious! Tastes like you marinated it for hours.

    Variation one: Substitute 1 T Worcester sauce for the soy sauce and add 1 T balsamic vinegar and a few dashes of Tabasco sauce. Substitute herbes de provence for the thyme.

    Variation two: Substitute 2 T prepared mustard for the soy sauce, substitute dill for the thyme, add 1 T lemon juice.

    You should be able to think of many variations on your own! Play with it, it's really quite easy and a delicious and quick weeknight dinner with a salad and vegetable.
