Golden Chicken with Garlic

4 chicken breast halves without
skin -- boneless
1 large garlic bulb
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup chicken broth
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash chicken and pat dry. Separate cloves of garlic
and remove papery skin (do not peel). Heat oil in
heavy oven-proof skillet. Brown chicken and garlic for
about 4 minutes. Add lemon juice and chicken broth;
bring to a boil. Place skillet in oven and bake 20
minutes or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and garlic; arrange on serving plate.
Keep warm. Cook liquid in skillet, over medium high
heat, until reduced and mixture coats a spoon
(stirring occasionally). Spoon sauce over chicken.
Serves 4.
