3 1/2 lb CUT-UP CHICKEN
1 ts CURRY POWDER
1/4 c HONEY
1/4 c BUTTER
1 tb MUSTARD, PREPARED
Recipe
PREHEAT OVEN TO 3500F. IN A 9" X 13" X 2" PAN, MELT THE BUTTER; ADD HONEY,
MUSTARD, CURRY POWDER AND MIX ALL WELL. COAT THE CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES WITH
THE HONEY MIXTURE IN THE PAN. PLACE THE CHICKEN PIECES IN THE PAN, SKIN SIDE
DOWN, BAKE ONE HALF HOUR ON EACH SIDE. BASTE OCCSIONALLY. SERVE WITH RICE
AND OR A VEGETABLE.
