Honey Crunch Chicken

4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 cup honey nut cheerios, crushed
4 teaspoons honey, warmed
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray an 8-inch baking dish with vegetable cooking
spray.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in prepared pan and season with salt and pepper. Using a pastry brush, spread mayonnaise over both sides of chicken. Sprinkle cereal evenly over top side of chicken; drizzle with honey. Let chicken stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, or until done.
