    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    Salt and pepper
    4 T (60 ml) melted butter
    1/2 cup (120 ml) honey
    1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) curry powder

    Recipe



    Season chicken breast halves with salt and pepper to taste.
    Combine butter, honey, mustard and curry powder. Spoon half of
    sauce into shallow baking dish. Add chicken breasts and turn to coat
    well. Bake uncovered about 1 hour at 350 F (180 C). Turn and
    baste chicken with sauce often during cooking time.

    Makes 2-4 servings.
