6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 cups corn chips
l can of cream of chicken soup
2 cups colby or mexican blend cheese; shredded
l pkg. taco seasoning mix
l/2 c. milk
Recipe
Place chicken in a l3 x 9 baking dish. Mix soup, l l/2 c. cheese,
milk, and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Top with chips; cover
with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover;
top with remaining l/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered, l0 minutes or
until cheese is melted.
