One Dish Chicken and Rice

1 can (10-1/2 ounces) reduced-fat cream of
mushroom soup
3/4 cup fat-free milk
3/4 cup long-grain rice
1/4 teaspoon paprika, divided
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper, divided
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1 package (10 ounces) frozen cut green beans
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (4
ounces each)
Salt, to taste
Recipe
Combine soup, milk, rice, 1/8 teaspoon paprika,
1/8 teaspoon pepper, tarragon, and beans in
2-quart shallow baking dish.
Place chicken over rice mixture; sprinkle with
remaining 1/8 teaspoon each of paprika and
pepper. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake,
covered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
