2 1/2-3/12 lbs cut-up frying chicken
1tbsp margarine
2/3 cup biscuit mix
1 1/2 tsps. paprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine in 13"x9" pan in oven.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken.
Place skin-side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes, then turn;
bake until done, about 15 minutes.
