Parmesan White Sauce and Chicken

List of Ingredients
one bag wide egg noodles
1 package Hidden valley Ranch dry dressing mix
1/2 cup half and half (may take more)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
your choice of chicken - prefer boneless skinless
Recipe
Boil your egg noodles (don't over-cook), drain water, then add butter and stir until it melts. Add the dressing mix, half and half and parmesan cheese and mix well.
You might have to add more half and half to make it very creamy, or add more parmesan cheese if it is too runny.
Marinate the chicken in ranch dressing (out of a bottle) for about 10 minutes. Cut into smaller pieces so it will cook faster and grill. The ranch dressing gives it a great flavor. Then cut the chicken into fancy slices and serve over the noodles.
