List of Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, boned and halved lengthwise
2 T. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 env. dry chicken noodle soup mix
2/3 c. uncooked long grain rice
1/3 c. uncooked wild rice
1/2 t. dried rosemary, crushed
2 c. water
1 env. dry mushroom soup mix
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
6 thin slices boiled ham
Recipe
In skillet brown chicken in butter; remove
from skillet. Add onion to skillet; cook till
tender. Add next 5 ingredients; bring to
boiling. our into 9x9x2" baking dish; top
with chicken. bake covered at 350° for 50
min. Prepare mushroom soup according to
pkg. directions; add wine and mushrooms.
Lift chicken; slid ham under. Pour soup
mixture over. Bake uncovered 15 min.
