Summertime Chicken Tacos

List of Ingredients
1/3 C olive or vegetable oil
1/4 C lime juice
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp minced fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp groud cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt, optional
1/4 tsp pepper
4 boneless, skinless breast halves
6 flour tortillas (8 in.) or taco shells, warmed
Toppings of your choice: salsa, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour
cream, etc.
Recipe
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large resealable plastic bag or
shallow glass container. Add chicken and turn to coat. Seal or
cover and regrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning
occasionally. Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken over
medium heat until done about 5-7 minutes per side. Cut into
thin strips; serve in tortillas or taco shells with desired
toppings. (6 servings)
