    6 ozs thai kitchen spicy thai pilaf
    2 Tbsps creamy peanut butter
    2 Tbsps hot water
    3/4 Tbsps soy sauce
    1 tsp brown sugar
    pinch cayenne pepper
    3 Tbsps peanut oil
    1 small onion, cut into small wedges
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb chicken, cut up
    2 cups green beans



    Recipe



    1. Cook rice according to package directions; set aside. Whisk together peanut butter, water, soy sauce, brown sugar and cayenne; set aside.

    2. Heat peanut oil in wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Stir fry onion for 2 minutes or until beginning to soften. Add garlic and asparagus and stir fry for 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in shrimp and peanut butter mixture. Add cooked rice and stir-fry for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until all ingredients are cooked and heated through.
