Yangyom Tak - Seasoned Chicken

List of Ingredients
2 lbs. chicken wings, drumsticks or thighs
6 T. soy sauce
1 T. red pepper paste
5 T. sugar
2 T. ketchup
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 T. ginger, chopped
pepper, to taste
Recipe
Season chicken with soy sauce, pepper, chopped garlic, and chopped
ginger, and marinate for 1 hr.
Brown the chicken pieces in a pan on both sides.
Drain oil.
Add the rest of the ingredients, and simmer.
Add water, if needed.
